a romantic getaway
prime location clean room lovely reception
the location was indeed wonderful, very close to the arena (i recall it was utilita arena, yes). our room was really nice and clean. we were on the top floor, but the lifts made it easy to get up there. the reception area felt very inviting and spacious, and the bar had a pleasant look.
i did notice that the parking fee was £25, which i wasn't aware of beforehand. it's a very slight inconvenience though.

The staff were very cute and helpful. They even provided wine glasses for our room upon request. the bag drop-off service was very efficient and eased our travel experience a lot, especially since we arrived a bit early.

the lobby was very nice and offered quite a few things to do, it's a comfortable space to relax. the lifts made accessing upper floors very easy, even with luggage. umbrellas were available for rent, a very thoughtful service indeed.

the breakfast offered good value and had a large selection to choose from. i particularly enjoyed the variety of options and the overall cleanliness of the breakfast area. the coffee was quite good too (especially when one wakes up early!).

the room was spacious and we were provided with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the bed was quite comfortable, and there were spare pillows available. the en-suite bathroom had nice shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.

the location is perfect, within a short walk to the shopping centre, restaurants, and bars. being directly opposite the arena was convenient for our event. a tesco express nearby made quick errands very easy.

The location was great for accessing the city center! the room provided a complimentary tea and coffee selection which i appreciated, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. i also enjoyed the breakfast. There was a good variety of options available and the bacon was cooked well.

The location was perfect. i was right next to the arena. Attending the event was super easy. i found the staff efficient and friendly! the parking was convenient as i was able to park my car.
The room decor felt a bit dark with its dark brown tones. The obscured windows didn't help much

the location worked well for attending a concert. bars and shopping were nearby. the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. the room size was spacious.
the fire alarm went off at 4.30am. everyone had to head outside for 20 minutes. there was no explanation or apology for the false alarm. the bathroom was old and the door was hard to close.

the hotel is really well priced and in the city centre! it is walkable to many destinations. the reception staff were very friendly. i appreciated the outdoor bar seating.

i found my room to be very clean and spacious (i stayed there in september). the reception staff were cute and helpful at all times. they quickly addressed any questions i had.
The selection of pillows in my room was minimal. I would have liked more choice.
